Development History

In 2009, Prettie Grass was founded in Nanjing and entirely devoted to developing, designing and producing quality-stable products to serve worldwide market including Europe, Australia, Asia, South America.

By the end of 2013, the annual sales quantity exceeded a million square meters through our efforts.

In 2015, Prettie Grass managed to import yarns from TenCate Thiolon, No. 1 yarn extruder across the world, meanwhile, consolidating our position as a manufacturer supplying diversified artificial grass products.

In 2016, Prettie Grass expanded the sales dramatically by nearly 40% due to the right product strategy and the trust from our oversea customers. And we received positive feedbacks from main players in the industry.

Factory Facilities

Our factory is in the suburb of Nanjing city, covering the area of 20,000 square meters. 40 minutes’ drive from our sales office in the city center.

We have 8 tufting machines (pile height: 6-70mm/tufting gauge: 3/4”, 5/8”, 3/8”, 5/16” ,3/16”, 5/32”) and 2 coating machines, one of which is available for urethane backing up to 5 meter.

Our annual production capacity is 10 million square meters of artificial grass and 4500 tons of artificial yarn.

There are 120 employees in the factory. As for quality control, we have a complete set of quality system, a laboratory and a team of 10-12 employees to execute raw material inspection, process inspection and finished product inspection. As a committed and responsible company, we always stand behind our quality.
